The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower To Host a Dazzling New Year’s Eve Celebration, Extravagant Dinner at Top of the World and More Sparkling Specials

LAS VEGAS – Nov. 25, 2024 – The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will ring in the new year with an elevated party, a specialty five-course prix fixe dinner at the award-winning Top of the World steakhouse, available exclusively on Tuesday, Dec. 31, and more celebratory specialty dishes and drinks at CHĪ Asian Kitchen, STRAT Café and McCall’s Heartland Grill, available Friday, Dec. 27 through Tuesday, Dec. 31.

The STRAT will host an elevated celebration on Level 108 of the iconic STRAT Tower with its annual “Party in the Tower” from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Attendees may enjoy live music from a DJ, a champagne toast, party favors and food and drinks available for purchase at 108 Drinks and 108 Eats, along with a midnight fireworks display. Tickets are priced at $200 if purchased ahead of time, or $250 if purchased on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Tickets are available for purchase here.
Famous for its spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and mountains from a 360-degree rotating dining room, Top of the World will offer a specialty five-course prix fixe dinner beginning at 9 p.m. The meal will include a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Exclusive Brut, Chouilly, FR NV along with an amuse-bouche of oyster hushpuppy with boudin, roasted jalapeno cornbread and honey saffron remoulade to start. The first course will feature king crab and poached shrimp cocktail with shaved baby greens, pickled radish and comeback sauce; followed by smoked wild mushroom and truffle bisque topped with parmesan croutons and candied walnut crumble for the second course, followed by Wagyu beef cheek carnitas accompanied by tostada, roasted poblano crema, pickled shallot, charred corn salsa and cotija.
Guests will have the choice of Dungeness crab crusted sea bass with sun dried tomato, grilled artichoke caponata and riesling ginger butter; or bone marrow roasted beef tenderloin featuring poached lobster, wilted greens, whipped sweet potato, lobster butter sauce and madeira glace for the entrée. The meal will end on a sweet note with a dessert of sticky pineapple cake with bourbon caramel sauce and candied pecans. A vegan menu will also be available during the late-night seating.
CHĪ Asian Kitchen will serve a specialty holiday pairing of whole Dungeness crab with garlic-ginger sauce and crab fried rice; with 2019 Gérard Bertrand Brut from Crémant de Limoux, France, priced at $75.
STRAT Café will feature a specialty dish of herb grilled lamb chops with smashed peewee potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts, priced at $28; and 2021 Rickshaw cabernet sauvignon from Sonoma County, California, priced at $12.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a New Year’s Eve feature of filet mignon and lump crab accompanied by asparagus, bearnaise, petite lobster tail and a fully loaded baked potato; and The Strike of Midnight orange bourbon cake with cherry compote, vanilla bean mousse and bourbon caramel sauce for desert, priced at $65. A suggested wine pairing of 2021 Au Bon Climat pinot noir from Santa Barbara, California, priced at $17, will also be available.
