LAS VEGAS – Dec. 5, 2022 – Eat, drink and be merry at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod this holiday season with festive menus at Top of the World, McCall’s Heartland Grill and STRAT Café, each available exclusively on Friday, Dec. 23 through Sunday, Dec. 25.
Top of the World, The STRAT’s iconic 360-degree rotating restaurant, will offer a showcase of decadent à la carte dishes to celebrate the holidays. Selections include carrot, parsnip, and ginger soup, crafted with whipped brie cheese and apricot preserves, priced at $18; a red wine and rosemary-braised brisket with natural pan sauce and white bean cassoulet, priced at $70; and the “Deck the Halls,” a festive dessert made with white chocolate mousse, mango compote, vanilla cream and vanilla sponge cake, priced at $16.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a joyous two-course feast, featuring an 18-ounce New York Oscar-style steak, served with lobster mashed potatoes and charred cauliflower au gratin; and a pecan pie cheesecake for dessert; priced at $65 per person.
STRAT Café will celebrate the holidays with a variety of breakfast specials and an indulgent three-course dinner. Breakfast selections include the “South of the Border Benny,” made on an English muffin and topped with smashed avocado, chorizo, two poached eggs, chipotle hollandaise sauce, jalapeños and breakfast potatoes, priced at $18; and French toast, crafted with Texas toast, almond granola, fresh berry compote, honey and powdered sugar, priced at $14. Additionally, STRAT Café’s holiday three-course journey will include a fresh salad made with seasonal mixed greens, toasted pistachios, smokehouse bacon, and champagne vinaigrette; shrimp tagliatelle pasta, crafted with red peppers, asparagus, Teardrop tomato, and alfredo sauce, served with fresh garlic bread; finished with a slice of pecan pie cheesecake, priced at $42 per person.
