The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower Offers Three Special Menus to be Thankful for this Thanksgiving

“We have a lot of fun developing special menus for holidays,” says Executive Chef Rick Giffen. “At McCall’s and Roxy’s we serve more traditional Thanksgiving dishes, whereas we get a bit more creative at Top of the World.”
Top of the World Restaurant
Thanksgiving on top is sure to leave guests satisfied. In addition to a four-course meal, guests will enjoy unparalleled views of the valley as the restaurant makes a gradual 360 degree rotation in 80 minutes 800 feet above Las Vegas.
This four-course dining experience comes with both holiday classics and some twists on them that are sure to delight. Foodies can indulge in Butternut Squash Raviolis, Roasted Pumpkin Soup with pumpkin seed pesto and ginger lemon crema, and Roasted Free-Range Turkey with Natural Jus. Rounding out the meal is a decadent Pumpkin Tart with Butterscotch Crème Anglaise.
Guests are able to enjoy Top of the World’s Thanksgiving menu from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for $79 per person. Regular menu will still be available and reservations are recommended.
McCall’s Heartland Grill
McCall’s Heartland Grill will provide diners with countless options when it hosts its first ever buffet dining experience. Guests are invited to choose from a sumptuous selection of what they want to fill their plates this Thanksgiving.
At McCall’s, the star of the meal, Herb Roasted Breast of Turkey with Jack Daniels Gravy, shares center stage with Pepper Crusted Strip Steak with Wild Mushroom Sauce. With eight side dishes including maple Kahlúa roasted yams and jalapeño cranberry chutney and four refreshing salads such as petite tomato Caprese salad, all guests are certain to be satisfied. An array of holiday desserts will wrap up this delectable holiday feast.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will be serving their Thanksgiving Buffet from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Adults are $23 and children $13. McCall’s regular menu will not be available.
Roxy’s Diner
Thanksgiving is served with a side of entertainment in this retro-themed diner. The talented wait staff will sing classic oldies while serving up tasty favorites such as herb-roasted turkey with gravy, sun-dried tomato sage stuffing and pumpkin pie with caramel whipped cream.
Guests are able to enjoy a three-course Thanksgiving dinner any time on Thanksgiving Day for $16.99 the entire day. Roxy’s will be serving their regular menu
