Like you and many others, we're doing our very best to adjust to a rapidly evolving environment. All along, we have made decisions knowing that the health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. Your comfort and well-being will always be at the top of our list and we have developed additional procedures and protocols that will be implemented prior to reopening our doors. We appreciate your trust in us and want to provide the assurance of our "Golden Commitment" to you.
Golden Entertainment is committed to the health and safety of our guests and team members. To provide you with the best experience, we have implemented the following:
WHEN YOU STAY, DRINK, DINE & PLAY WITH US
Team members will be tested for COVID-19
Team member training has been provided for a safe and clean visit
Entry Point Screening to ensure a maximum capacity of 50% or less
General Health Screening for guests and team members (including temperature checks)
Congregation control to limit the size of groups gathering
Enhanced sanitizing of high contact areas including slot machines, countertops, tabletops, door handles and seat surfaces
Self check-in kiosks available for your convenience, or if you prefer, we will have front desk agents available to assist you with your check-in. Kiosks will be sanitized after each use
Safe distancing guidelines and markers provided throughout the property including restaurants, registration, casino floor, elevators and public spaces. Every other chair will be removed on our casino slot floors.
Hands-free digital menus will be available at all of our restaurants via your mobile device
Reduced guest contact with playing cards
More frequent replacement of decks of cards
Daily sanitizing of gaming chips
Single use drinkware on casino floors
Plexiglass barriers placed at cashiers, True Rewards centers, concierge desks and other guest interaction locations
Enhanced cleaning protocols in all guest rooms
Reduced occupancy in elevators

We ask that our guests take each other into consideration and go above and beyond for each other while having a good time.
