The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower to Hit The Big Race Grid with Champion’s Dinner, Specialty Dishes and Drinks, Big Thrills and Bigger Rewards

LAS VEGAS – Oct.  7, 2024 –  The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will drift into Las Vegas’ Big Race weekend with a specialty prix fixe menu and featured champagne offering at the award-winning Top of the World restaurant; race-inspired cocktails available at its restaurants, bars and lounges; gaming activations; room packages and more, available throughout the race, from Thursday, Nov. 21 to Sunday, Nov. 24.

Towering 844 feet above the Las Vegas Strip inside The STRAT’s iconic tower, Top of the World, Las Vegas’ only 360-degree rotating restaurant and steakhouse, will offer an elevated experience curated for champions. The Champion’s Tasting Menu, created by Executive Chef Chad Castanino, draws inspiration from the Netherlands, the home of the reigning three-time world champion and defending Las Vegas race winner. The four-course prix fixe menu, priced at $90 per person, will begin with the “Practice” course of Bitterballen, fried beef meatballs with spicy mustard bechamel. The “Qualify” course will offer Stamppot, a traditional Dutch delight of rookworst sausage accompanied by potato, turnip, sauerkraut, kale and horseradish. The third course, the “Race,” will include lekkerbekje and frietjes, a popular Dutch dish consisting of beer-battered cod, fried potatoes, roasted garlic aioli, curry sauce and malt vinegar aioli. The meal will finish with the “Podium Celebration,” where guests will indulge in slagroomtaart, a light-as-air lemon sponge cake served with Chantilly cream and fresh berries.
