The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod to Celebrate Moms with Special Dishes at Top of the World and McCall’s Heartland Grill

Top of the World, The STRAT’s award-winning restaurant with 360-degree rotating views, will host a weekend-long celebration, beginning Friday, May 6 through Sunday, May 8. A special menu will feature a pear and brie salad, tossed with Riesling poached pears, brie cheese, champagne and honey vinaigrette, almond crumble and mache, priced at $18; New Zealand sea bream, crafted with freekeh and amaranth “risotto” apricot and white balsamic agrodolce, fennel chips, cippolini onion and baby eggplant, priced at $55; and Mom’s “Chocolate Covered Strawberry,” a chocolate chiffon cake, made with strawberry compote, strawberry champagne mousse and white chocolate mirror glaze, priced at $16.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will celebrate moms with a featured Mother’s Day brunch, available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 8. The special brunch will be priced at $34.95 per person; and priced at $17.95 for children between five and ten years old. Bottomless mimosas and bloody marys will also be available, priced at $19.99.
The celebratory brunch will include a wide assortment of selections, including omelets, prepared fresh with a wide variety of accompaniments; and traditional selections, ranging from scrambled eggs, applewood smoked bacon, crispy breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, corned beef hash, country eggs Benedict, pasole, maple glazed salmon, pasta Fabiano, country fried chicken and assorted side dishes and salads. Carved selections will also be available, including a smoked New York Strip and bourbon glazed ham; and an assortment of seafood, ranging from shrimp cocktails, crab claws and ceviche. Additionally, sliced cheeses, crudité and charcuterie will be served. Sweet treats will also be served, including fresh danishes, muffins, a fresh fruit display and assorted desserts.
