Love is in the Air at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod With Valentine’s Day Menus, Live Entertainment, Romantic Views and More

LAS VEGAS – Jan. 27, 2022 – Sip, savor and fall in love at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod with featured Valentine’s Day menus at Top of the World and McCall’s Heartland Grill, as well as capture romantic views of the Las Vegas Strip, live entertainment and more, beginning on Thursday, Feb. 10 through Monday, Feb. 14.
 
Top of the World, widely regarded as one of the most romantic restaurants in the world for its 360-degree rotating dining room nearly 1,000 feet high atop The STRAT’s SkyPod, will offer a special Valentine’s Day menu, available Friday, Feb. 11 through Monday, Feb. 14. Recently awarded gold for “Best View” and silver for “Best Romantic Spot” in Las Vegas Review-Journal’s 2021 “Best of Las Vegas Awards,” the iconic restaurant will add several decadent selections to the menu. They include two starters: a grilled hearts of palm salad, tossed with fresh burrata, heirloom tomato, basil essence, blood orange and honey vinaigrette and baby mache lettuce, priced at $18; and seared diver scallops with rose and saffron yogurt and toasted pistachios, priced at $29.
 
A mouthwatering main course, Top of the World will feature maple cured and smoked seared duck breast with parsnip purée, dark chocolate and port wine gus with caramelized figs, priced at $55. For dessert, the iconic restaurant will serve a chocolate passion dome crafted with rich, dark chocolate sponge, passionfruit curd, coconut dulce de leche and a pastillage rose, encased in a sprayed, white chocolate dome with a heart-shaped view hole at the top, priced at $20. Top of the World will also offer a “Just Cocktails at the Bar” package to sip and take in breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Valley.
 
Special romantic touches for the evening include rose petals placed on the table upon arrival, priced at $15; a half-dozen roses, priced at $75, a dozen roses, priced at $95; and a bottle of champagne on ice, priced at $99.
 
McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a special three-course menu, available Thursday, Feb. 10 through Monday, Feb. 14, priced at $65 per person. The menu includes a spring-mixed champagne salad, tossed with pomegranate and pistachio-crusted goat cheese and topped with rose champagne vinaigrette; “To Surf and Turf with Love” as the main course, a Maytag blue cheese-crusted 18-ounce prime bone-in New York strip, served with crispy crab cake, creole beurre blanc, duchesse potatoes and broccolini; and the “Very Berry Crème Brulée,” a vanilla crème brulée, crafted with Chambord black raspberry liqueur and marinated berries, for dessert.
 
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, REMIX Lounge and McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer live entertainment from 6 to 10 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 14. With a soulful voice and a song roster of over 300 choices for the audience to choose from, Hal Savar will be performing at REMIX Lounge; and featured on NBC’s award-winning hit series, “The Voice,” Barry Black will perform at McCall’s Heartland Grill.
