RIDE DESCRIPTION
This is a high-speed ride experience with a high centrifugal force at an elevated height. This ride is not recommended for guests with physical, mental and/or medical limitations. Please be aware of the recommendations and requirements for this ride.
If you are not familiar with the operation of this ride, please ask a ride attendant for assistance and instruction. (NRS 455B.030(2)).
PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS
You must be able to be properly restrained by the passenger restraint system. This ride may not be suitable for persons that are large or tall.
You must be a minimum of 52” tall, from the soles of your feet to the top of your head (not including hair). To obtain an accurate measurement, you may be asked to remove shoes, hats, etc.
You should not ride if you have experienced or are prone to the following medical conditions: neck injuries, back injuries, arthritis, claustrophobia, high blood pressure, motion sickness, dizziness, heart conditions, seizures or any other medical conditions that could be aggravated by this attraction.
If you have a physical disability, you must be able to load/unload yourself and be properly secured in the passenger seat with the restraint. You must have enough body control to support yourself in an upright seated position. Ride safety restraint systems mandate physical control of both legs and feet.
Do not ride if you are intoxicated or under the influence of a prescription drug or a controlled substance that can impair your mental or physical abilities.
REPORTING OF PERSONAL INJURIES
IMMEDIATELY report any sustained personal injuries to a security officer or ride attendant. Nevada revised statute 455B.090 § 1 requires that a passenger who sustains a personal injury on a ride shall make a written report concerning the details of the incident.
RIDE INSTRUCTIONS
Place ALL loose articles (change, glasses, phones, cameras, etc.) in lockers or in the provided storage bins. Remove all objects from your pockets.
You must remain seated at all times.
Support yourself in an upright position, face forward and keep your head and back against the seat padding.
Firmly hold the safety restraint with both hands and keep your arms and legs tucked in against the restraint.
No smoking, eating, or drinking.
ASSUMED RISK
Nevada statute 445B.070 § 3 states that “a passenger who has attained the age of 13 years shall be deemed to have knowledge of and assume the inherent risks of an amusement ride to the extent that as those risks are open and obvious to the reasonable person.”
For those passengers who are under the age of 13, a legal parent or guardian shall be present and shall be deemed to have knowledge of and assume the inherent risks of an amusement ride.
